Giuseppe Magni, genannt "Peppino" oder "Pep", war ein Fahrradmechaniker für diverse italienische Profi-Teams und ein berühmter Fahrradhändler aus Mailand. In der Zeit von 1975-1980 wurden die meisten Rahmen auf Kundenwunsch und Bestellung für Magni von dem sehr angesehenen Rahmenbauer Giovanni Losa aus Vittuone (Mailand, Italien) hergestellt, der quasi in der Nachbarschaft lebte und ein Freund vor. Giovanni Losa, ist im Prinzip der Mann, der für Cinelli den berühmten Supercorsa Rahmen baute. Losa Rahmen haben einen exzellenten Ruf, wurden von vielen Profis in Auftrag geben und sind heute rare, gesuchte Einzelstücke.

Der hier gezeigte PEP MAGNI Rahmen ist noch komplett im Originalzustand. Der Rahmen zeigt eine schöne Patina und ist mit der besten Campagnolo Gruppe der damaligen Zeit aufgebaut. Viele Teile sind pantografiert.

Dieses Rad ist perfekt für die L´Eroica, bei der man vielleicht nicht seinen neuwertigen Klassiker fahren will, aber trotzdem auf einem hochwertigen Stück italienischer Radsportgeschichte fahren möchte.

Giuseppe Magni, called "Peppino" or "Pep", was a bicycle mechanic for various Italian professional teams and a famous bicycle dealer from Milan. In the period 1975-1980, most frames were made to order for Magni by the highly respected frame builder Giovanni Losa from Vittuone (Milan, Italy), who lived virtually in the neighborhood and was a friend of Magni's. Giovanni Losa, is basically the man who built the famous Supercorsa frame for Cinelli. Losa frames have an excellent reputation, were commissioned by many professionals and are today rare, sought-after unique pieces.

The PEP MAGNI frame shown here is still in its original condition. The frame shows a beautiful patina and is built with the best Campagnolo group of that time. Many parts are pantographed.

This bike is perfect for the L'Eroica, where you may not want to ride your mint condition classic, but still want to ride a high quality piece of Italian cycling history.
